In 2013 I read the book 'the age of empathy' and especially use one example of how we can accomplish goals larger than ourselves about a group of mountaineers and their behaviour in the mountains in 1953 and in 2008 . I still use that example in teaching when I have the opportunity. Thank you Frans de Waal for your clear and insightful books and research.
